Villa Maria Bonaire is a stylish and modern villa, ideally located in the luxury area of Bonaire, close to Alcudia.

Recently renovated to the highest standard, beautifully furnished and air-conditioned, this villa can comfortably and stylishly sleep up to 8 people.

With its welcoming interiors and beautifully furnished outdoor areas with a private pool, this villa will be the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday. Inside, the villa is spread over two floors.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with an adjoining dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, and a family bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a small utility room.

The kitchen and living room open onto the pool terrace, which also features a shaded dining area.

An impressive staircase leads to the first floor, where two further bedrooms with bathrooms are located.

The master bedroom has its own en-suite shower room and access to 2 terraces: one with views of the pool and another with distant sea views.

The other bedroom has two single beds (which can also be joined upon request) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and pool access that leads to a balcony.

The property has air conditioning (available at fixed times between 2 PM-4 PM and 8 PM-8 AM). Outside, the villa boasts spacious sun terraces surrounding the property, as well as a generous private swimming pool. The pool is equipped with comfortable sun loungers, as well as a very pleasant shaded area. In short, a house for a great experience. The Ecotax is included in the price. Information to consider: In case of loss of keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of those hours.

New keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no garbage should be left at the property.

Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 will be charged for waste management. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016).
