The house has 3 lovely double bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor, as well as 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. Also on the ground floor there is 1 toilet.

Outside there is a covered terrace of 40 m2 and a garden of 2,000 m2 with lawn, as well as an old grove, which on hot days offers pleasant shade.

There is also a barbecue available.





IMPORTANT:
