Beach Villa Catalina is a charmingly pretty holiday home with a private pool, located within easy walking distance of the sandy beach and shops of Can Picafort.

Sleeping up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms, the villa offers unbeatable value for money in a location where a car is not essential.

The interiors are welcoming and beautifully appointed, the gardens are inviting, and the newly installed pool is attractive – all the ingredients for an unforgettable holiday! Inside, the villa is arranged over 2 floors.

The ground floor is occupied by a huge covered terrace and a useful pool bathroom.

The upper floor, which can be accessed by an external staircase, offers a large fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge with dining area, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The bedrooms are, respectively, 2 doubles and 2 twins, but the twin beds can be pushed together to make doubles if guests so wish.

One of the bedrooms has its own en-suite shower room, whilst the remaining 3 bedrooms share a family bathroom.

All the interiors have been carefully renovated to offer comfort, style and a sense of freedom.

The lounge is air-conditioned (included in the rental price during fixed hours between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM to 8:00 PM). Spacious terraces surround the entire upper floor. Outside, the villa has its own lovely gardens, with shaded dining areas, shrubs, flowers and a beautiful private swimming pool (15 sqm).

The pool is provided with sun loungers for guests’ comfort.

Dining al fresco beside the pool or enjoying a pre-beach drink will be a real treat! Tourist tax is included in the rates. Important Information to Note In the event of lost keys or keys being left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.

New keys will need to be collected by the guest from our office. On the day of check-out, no rubbish should be left in the property.

Guests must remove it, otherwise a charge of €150 for waste management will apply. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
