Beach Villa Catalina is a charmingly pretty holiday home with a private pool, located within easy walking distance of the sandy beach and shops of Can Picafort.
Sleeping up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms, the villa offers unbeatable value in a location where a car is not essential.
The interiors are cozy and beautifully appointed, the gardens are inviting, and the newly installed pool is attractive – all the ingredients for a memorable holiday! Inside, the villa is arranged over 2 floors.
The lower ground floor is occupied by a huge covered terrace and a useful shower room by the pool.
The upper floor, accessed by an external staircase, offers a large, fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious living and dining room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The bedrooms are made up of 2 doubles and 2 twins, but the twin beds can be pushed together to form doubles if guests wish.
One of the bedrooms boasts its own en-suite shower room, whilst the remaining 3 bedrooms share a family bathroom.
All interiors have been carefully renovated to provide comfort, style and a sense of freedom.
The living room is air-conditioned (included in the rental price during fixed hours between 2 PM and 4 PM and 8 PM to 8 PM). Spacious terraces surround the entire upper floor. Outside, the villa has its own lovely gardens, with shaded dining areas, shrubs, flowers and a beautiful private swimming pool (15 sqm). The pool is provided with sun loungers for guests’ comfort.
Dining al fresco by the pool or enjoying a pre-beach drink will be a real treat! The tourist tax is included in the rates. Important information to note: In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property.
Guests must remove it, otherwise a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

Das Haus ist groß und sehr geräumig - auch für eine Gruppe (wir haben insgesamt zu 8. dort übernachtet) und vor allem der Außenbereich ist sehr schön. Zimmer, Bad und Küche und Pool waren sauber. Ein schöner Sandstrand ist zu Fuß ca 15 Minuten entfernt, Alcudia ist auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut zu erreichen. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen!

Gut gefallen hat uns der Poolbereich mit ausreichend vorhandenen Liegen. Der Pool war sauber und erfrischend.
Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ok - man muss aber schon ein paar Meter gehen, um Restaurant, Einkaufsmöglichkeit und vor allem die Strandpromenade mit den Einkaufsgeschäften zu erreichen. Die Umgebung war ruhig, ein paar Hunde in der Nachbarschaft - aber keine großen Hotels mit Partys.
Es waren viele kleine Dinge. In einem Badezimmer fehlte ein Duschkopf, der kostet doch nicht die Welt. Im Badezimmer das zu dem kleinen Schlafzimmer gehört ist der Abfluss kaputt. Das Problem scheint aber bekannt zu sein, da die Schubladen des Untertisches ausgelegt sind. Wieso wird sowas nicht repa...
