The Beach Apartment Brisa Marina is a modern flat in a unique location offering a large private terrace and unobstructed views over the beach of Puerto Pollensa. Accommodating up to 5 guests in air-conditioned interiors, tastefully and stylishly finished, this spacious flat is perfect for guests looking for an unforgettable beachfront holiday in one of Mallorca's most beautiful resorts. With a perfect sandy beach, restaurants, bars, shops practically on the doorstep, this holiday home will not disappoint the most discerning guests.
The flat is located on the first floor, to offer the added advantage of one of the largest sea view balconies in Puerto Pollensa (including dining table and 2 sun loungers). There is a large living room, equipped with sofas, TV (free channels), wi-fi, dining table, patio doors leading outside, as well as a separate fully equipped kitchen. The 3 bedrooms, spacious and cosy, are respectively a double, a single and a twin, for a total of up to 5 persons. There are also 2 large bathrooms with bath + shower.
For the comfort of our guests, air conditioning is available and included in the price from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.
The tourist tax is included in the price.
