Stairs lead to the loft style upper floor with an elegant double bedroom (separated by a glass wall) with its own bathroom with bathtub and another sitting room overlooking the beautiful lounge. At the rear of the house there is also an outside patio with dining table and chairs, which gives access via a spiral staircase to another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. For added comfort, the house has air conditioning.
