The beautiful Villa Faisan, perfect for a couple or a small family of up to 4 people, enjoys a unique location within easy reach of Puerto Pollensa, in one of the most sought-after areas of the region.

The room is spacious and bright, furnished in traditional Mallorcan style and divided in half by a traditional stone arch.
From both areas, large French doors open onto a huge covered terrace, which overlooks the pool area.
It is paved on all sides and offers clear views.
Off the living/dining room is a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen with a pantry.
There is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, and both share a bathroom with a shower. Outside, the large covered terrace leads to an open terrace, with a beautiful barbecue area and an outdoor bathroom with a shower.
The large private swimming pool surrounded by mature gardens and fruit trees, perfect for enjoying an authentic Mallorcan atmosphere and nature! Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Information to note: Access to the property is via a narrow country lane.
Large vehicles may find access somewhat restricted. In case of lost keys or keys being left inside the accommodation, there will be a charge of €50 during office hours and €75 outside office hours.
The guest must collect the new keys from our office. On the day of departure, no rubbish should be left at the property.
Guests must remove all waste, otherwise, a fee of €150 will be applied for waste management. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Near the arrival date, we will send a link for online check-in to register all guests. The tourist tax is included in the price.

I previously stayed at Faisan in 2023 which encouraged me to book this year as the location is great for access to cycling routes & the area is peaceful.

Der gesamte Außenbereich mit Terrasse, Pool und Garten ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Lage ist perfekt, man kann zu Fuß in die Stadt oder zum Strand laufen, nachts ist es ruhig.
Das Haus selbst ist stark renovierungsbedürftig, es riecht sehr muffig und feucht, die Ausstattung ist schlecht. Bei unserer Ankunft spät abends waren dort (trotz zugesagtem Willkommenspaket) weder Toilettenpapier, Seife, Schwamm, Spülmittel, Salz, Zucker, es ist wirklich NICHTS da! Auf Nachfrage ka...
