The guest must collect the new keys from our office. On the day of departure, no rubbish should be left at the property.
Guests must remove all waste, otherwise, a fee of €150 will be applied for waste management. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Near the arrival date, we will send a link for online check-in to register all guests. The tourist tax is included in the price.

Die Finca ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Außenanlagen mit Garten, Pool, Grillbereich und überdachter Terrasse sind traumhaft. Der Owner Tolo ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Fantastic villa, beautiful garden and views to the mountains. The owners were really friendly and helpful. The villa is in a very peaceful location but is really near to the town and beach. We highly recommend Villa Faisan and hope to stay there again in the future.

Love the outside facilities
The kitchen could do with a few improvements. Plates and glasses scarce and old. Not even a brush in the house to clean patio.In general the interior needs a bit of TLC, it all looks old.
