Flooded with natural light and featuring large floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly to the outside, this area is perfect for spending time together.
The living room is equipped with comfortable sofas, satellite TV (free channels only), and wi-fi internet.
The specially designed kitchen (with a dining table) is fully equipped with a 4-ring hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine.
On the ground floor, there are 2 cozy bedrooms with 2 single beds (both air-conditioned), 1 family bathroom with a shower, and 1 additional toilet.
The master bedroom suite (air-conditioned) is located on the upper floor and is a real treat.
It has its own en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and direct access to a private terrace with breathtaking views of the countryside.

Information to consider: In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.

Sehr schöne Villa in absolut ruhiger Lage. Trotzdem nach wenigen Minuten Autofahrt im lebendigen Arta, wo man alles notwendige zum Leben erhält und viele Restaurants besuchen kann. Etliche schöne Strände aber auch Wandermöglichkeiten in der Nähe, wenn der Pool zu langweilig wird.

Den Zaun um das Haus damit man nicht jeden Morgen die Schafe raustreiben muss.Und der Pool muss dringend überarbeitet werden.
