On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower, a family bathroom.

The living and dining room have large patio doors leading to the terraces and gardens. On the upper floor, there are 2 more spacious bedrooms (one double + 1 twin), and a family bathroom.

The rooms open directly onto large terraces offering spectacular views over the pine trees and the sea.

Sleeping pampered by the Mediterranean breeze and the sound of the waves will be a truly memorable experience! Outside, the villa (located in a privileged area of the coast) is surrounded by private grounds with lawn, shrubs, and pine trees.

Air conditioning is available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Information to consider In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.

New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the day of check-out, no rubbish should be left at the property.

Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will apply for waste management. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
