It is surrounded by restaurants and shops which makes renting a car totally unnecessary as you can enjoy all this right outside your home. This flat can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a beautiful terrace with sea views and is fully equipped.

Distribution

The flat has 4 bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the other two with two single beds each. All of them have air conditioning.


It has two modern design bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub.

It has a beautiful living room with modern and comfortable furniture, a large sofa to rest at ease, TV and Wifi. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.

From the living room through glass doors you have access to the terrace, there you can find a comfortable sofa, a dining table and chairs to enjoy your meal outdoors, and you benefit from a light sea breeze that cools you on hot summer days. Highly recommended for a pleasant holiday near the sea!



Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not release the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.


Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.

Note 3. Where late check-out is possible, always subject to availability, the cost will be 50€ until 13:00 and 90€ until 16:00.

Note 4. The cost is 0.30€/KwH to be paid on departure.

Note 5. Please note that there is an additional cost of 30€ for check-in after 22.00 h. Please note that there is an additional charge of €50 for check-in after 00.00 h.

Note 6 In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are required to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
