The Ciutadella flat is located in the heart of Puerto Alcudia, in front of the sea, only 2 minutes walking distance to the sandy beach. It is surrounded by restaurants and shops which makes renting a car totally unnecessary as you can enjoy all this right outside your home. This flat can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a beautiful terrace with sea views and is fully equipped.

Distribution

The flat has 4 bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the other two with two single beds each. All of them have air conditioning.


It has two modern design bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub.

It has a beautiful living room with modern and comfortable furniture, a large sofa to rest at ease, TV and Wifi. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.

From the living room through glass doors you have access to the terrace, there you can find a comfortable sofa, a dining table and chairs to enjoy your meal outdoors, and you benefit from a light sea breeze that cools you on hot summer days. Highly recommended for a pleasant holiday near the sea!



Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not release the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.


Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.

Note 3. When it is possible to allow a later departure, always subject to availability, the cost will be 90 € until 13:00h. and 160 € until 16:00h.

Note 4. Entrance to the accommodation with our agency staff free of charge until 22:00h, 30 € (22:00-00:00) or 50 € (after 00:00). Option of free autonomous access with staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.30€/KwH payable on departure

Note 6 In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
