This magnificent 5 bedroom home offers stunning views over the Mediterranean sea and coast situated just a few minutes from vibrant and cosmopolitan Marina Puerto Portals. The property benefits from two spacious terraces with large swimming pool and relaxation areas.

In the quiet and sophisticated area of Costa den Blanes this house is very comfortable and well equipped; spacious sunny living and dining area with Sat TV and DVD, a well equipped kitchen and two dining areas outside: One just in front of the kitchen at the swimming pool with BBQ and another on the terrace with panoramic views to the sea and the mountains.
The Villa on the main floor consists of a large lounge and dining area with bar, floor to ceiling windows opening onto one of the terraces, a separate WC, an office with computer, printer, internet, (the house has full wifi access). A fully equipped kitchen and a separate service kitchen and laundry with large fridges and freezers. Leading from the main kitchen is an expansive solarium and dining terrace with ceiling fans, fully equipped with BBQ grill and lounge area overlooking the pool.
On the other level are the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom which has a double shower and a bath with views of the sea, 3 double bedrooms 2 of which are en suite, the third has a separate bathroom.
There is also a self contained courtyard apartment for two people.
The property is equipped with a sophisticated secure entry phone and alarm system, a safe box, a 2-car garage, airconditioning and centralized heating.
The main area of the house is adapted for diabled guests.

If an earlier/later arrival departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help.
We request information about the day and time of flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure.
There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry.
Prices for this property are in Euros.
Refundable deposits required for any damage to the property or contents, will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival.
Bookings are also possible to be taken for all year around, winter month rentals is possible. Long winter rental prices are on request
This house is heated by diesel, paid on the metre rate, during winter time, that's 1€ per litre not included in the booking price that has to be paid on the check out day.
From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicable for travelers over the age of 16 years old.You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already saved.
Please note if your arrival to the property is after 21:00 hours, there is a late check in fee of 40 euros which can be paid in cash on arrival.
