Lauet is an amazing newly renovated flat located just a few steps from the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa.


This charming flat has plenty of natural light and is decorated with tastefully selected new furniture, paintings and appliances. It is on the first floor and has been completely renovated in March 2019 with a modern and minimalist design.


The owner takes special care in decorating with paintings by a local artist, with the vision to make you feel comfortable and at home.


The open plan kitchen/dining room is very bright and cosy, with a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV and a balcony with side views of the mountains.


The flat has two fantastic bedrooms: one with a large double bed, a wooden headboard, a mirror and a wardrobe; the second bedroom with two single beds and a direct access to the balcony. The flat also has a full bathroom with shower.


Enjoy a car independent holiday: in the immediate vicinity there are a variety of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacies and a wide range of water and mountain activities. Puerto de Pollensa is a very popular holiday destination on the island of Mallorca, where you can choose whether you want a quiet holiday or the wide range of recreational opportunities.

Check in time is after 16:00.

Check-out time is before 10:00.

Changeover day: Saturday in high season (19 May - 22 September)

Included in the price: all utility bills, bed linen and bath towels; no beach/pool towels.

The eco-tax is not included in the price and works out at 2,20 € per person over 16 years old for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10 € for the remaining days (children under 16 years old are free of charge).


Air conditioning is only available in the living room.
