On the lower floor there are 2 double bedrooms (one with dressing room and bathroom' en suite) and a single bedroom, pull-out bed and each with direct access to the garden with pool and sun terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas as well as a cosy sofa area are available here.

There are also two bathrooms (1 en suite) and a utility room.
The house has 156 square metres and is equipped with integrated hot/cold air conditioning.

Only run the air conditioning when the windows and doors are closed

!!!! Only throw toilet paper in the toilets. No nappies, hygiene articles, cosmetic pads, wet wipes, kitchen roll !!!!

At check out:
- Rubbish and all opened food must be disposed of
- Kitchen must be washed and tidied
- Barbecue cleaned
- Bed linen and towels must be placed in a pile
