Wonderful villa next to the lake and the beach of Alcudia.



Design villa in Puerto de Alcudia, located a few meters from the beach of Alcudia. Very well equipped and furnished with everything necessary for a pleasant holiday, WIFI, air conditioning and garden with private pool of 2 x 5,5 meters.

The villa, situated next to the Lago Mayor and also in the immediate vicinity of the beach area, shops, restaurants, supermarkets ... are within walking distance of the house. Outside we find a porch equipped with garden furniture, a perfect area for dining "al fresco", next to the porch is the barbecue. The garden is very well kept and the pool area has artificial grass. The area is very easy to park.



Distribution
On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room surrounded by large windows that open onto the swimming pool and the terrace. It has a comfortable sofa, satellite TV, internet. Next to the living room there is a double bedroom of 150 x 190 cm with direct access to the pool. The kitchen is furnished and equipped with high quality accessories. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed of 150 x 200 cm, with dressing room and bathroom en suite, one bedroom with two single beds of 90x190 cm, one bedroom with a single bed of 90 x 190 cm, and a bathroom with shower. Two of the bedrooms have beautiful views of Lake Maggiore.

On the outside area we find the terrace with garden table and chairs, as well as a chaise longue on which to enjoy the summer evenings.

Pool, Internet Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, Air conditioning, Barbecue, Fridge / Freezer, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee machine, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Iron and board, High chair, Hair dryer. Fully equipped with sheets and towels.




Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.


Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.

Note 3. Departure from the property is at 10:00. When it is possible to allow a later departure, always subject to availability, the cost will be 90 € until 13:00h. and 160 € until 16:00h.

Note 4. Entrance to the accommodation with our agency staff free of charge until 22:00h, 30 € (22:00-00:00) or 50 € (after 00:00). Option of free autonomous access with staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.25€/Kw payable on departure.

Note 6. In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
