Villa Falco is a traditional Mallorcan villa which has been recently refurbished to a high standard.
The villa is situated in the desirable Gotmar area of Puerto Pollenca which is a residential area.
It is only a short walk to local beaches, supermarkets and local shops and cafes.
And only a little further a pleasant stroll along the sea front to Puerto Pollenca centre with its many bars, restaurants and family friendly night time entertainment. On entering the villa to a round spacious entrance hall which leads you to the large lounge/dining room.
Once in the lounge there is ample seating whilst relaxing watching the smart TV. The large dining table seats the whole family or friends for those get together meals.
The open plan kitchen and lounge gives a fabulous circulation space for the whole group.
The kitchen is contemporary design and has all you would need for your stay from the induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker to the usual cooking utensils.
The villa also has a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board, high chairs and cots for your use. The entrance hall also leads you to the six bedrooms and six bathrooms, five of the bedrooms are on the ground floor.
And the quaint sixth bedroom is situated in the tower with its own fabulous en-suite bathroom.
All the bedrooms have their own spacious en-suite bathroom giving the whole group their own privacy and no queuing for the bathroom. The well-kept garden surrounds the terrace area of this property giving you a great feeling of space and tranquility whilst relaxing in the sun. The private swimming pool is situated to the rear of the property next to the barbecue area and sun loungers for those long hot days and warm evenings.
There is a large outdoor dining table as well as outdoor seating, sun loungers and parasols.
We also supply plastic glasses for outdoor use as well as pool towels.
There is a Weber barbecue as well as a traditional charcoal barbecue to suit your needs, supplied with the usual utensils. We have created an indoor gym for the more active guests.
The gym has views over the garden and pool and when the patio doors are open gives the feeling of working out in the garden.
The area is also set up as a cycle store with a workbench so that you can do low level maintenance to your cycles. There is plenty of space to park cars if you are hiring a car or alternatively you can hop on a bus as there is a bus stop adjacent to the villa. Puerto Pollenca has lots of diverse activities, Villa Falco is in a great location to explore these activities.
The island has long been a mecca for cyclists with its world-famous routes and great quiet roads and warm weather. The villa is also very close to a very popular water sports centre where they teach sailing, kite surfing and wind surfing.
It is in a lovely location with a long beach and with the mountains as its back drop. If hiking and climbing is your thing then Port de Pollensa also offers this.
With endless walks through nature reserves and hidden coves that can only be accessed by foot or boat.
There are also climbing guides available, so the adventure never stops. Close to town, and right at the bus stop which was perfect for the non-cyclists. Easy bike storage, close to the beach and to bike rentals. 5 of the 6 bathrooms are en-suite which was great for a big group. JS was responsive and helpful. We all had a great week there. Would recommend it for big groups.
