Situated in a very quiet and residential area of Ferreries, right in the centre of Menorca, makes it a strategic and ideal place to have the whole island within reach in a matter of minutes.



The beginnings of the property date back to 1931, although it was recently completely refurbished respecting its identity and conserving some original elements.



Casa Maria has a total of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, a fabulous patio with barbecue, a roof terrace with panoramic views of the whole village of Ferreries, and a laundry room.



The house is distributed over three levels plus the roof terrace. On the ground floor we find the living room with access to the patio, the dining area, the kitchen, a toilet and the laundry room.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a large bathroom with bathtub and shower. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds, both with fitted wardrobes.

On the first floor there are another two double bedrooms and a large bathroom with bathtub. The first bedroom has an extra large double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds.

From this floor there is access to the fabulous roof terrace with incredible views over the whole village. Covered with artificial grass, this area is ideal to use as a solarium and to relax and enjoy the Menorcan landscape.



Casa Maria has a Smart TV, with international channels and free Netflix service available to guests. It has Internet connection and free WiFi, radio, CD and DVD player, library area and board games. The property is air-conditioned on all levels of the house. There is also a safe in each of the two double bedrooms.



The village has all the necessary services and a wide range of restaurants just a few metres from the property. Within walking distance of the property there are bakeries, bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, butchers and fishmongers, a medical centre, taxi and bus stop, hairdressers etc.



Ferreries is only 7km from the prestigious beach of Cala Galdana and only a few kilometres from the rest of the beaches, towns and countless places of interest on the island.



All bed linen and one set of bath towels per person is included in the price. A change of all towels used during the week is provided and the sheets are changed every 7 days and a cleaning is carried out.
