The property dates back to 1931, although it was recently completely renovated, respecting its identity and preserving some original elements.
Casa Maria has a total of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a fabulous patio with a barbecue, a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the entire town of Ferreries, and a laundry room.

It has Internet connection and free WiFi, a radio, a CD and DVD player, a book nook, and board games.
The property has air conditioning on all levels of the house.
It also has a safe in each of the two double bedrooms. The town has all the necessary services and a wide range of restaurants just a few meters from the house.
Within a short walk from the property, you will find bakeries, bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, butcher shops, fish markets, a medical center, taxi and bus stops, hairdressers, etc. Ferreries is located just 7km from the prestigious Cala Galdana beach and a few kilometers from the rest of the beaches, towns, and the countless places of interest the island has to offer. Casa Maria is situated in the old part of Ferreries which means you can enjoy the advantages (nice alley's, beautiful houses, village life, shops) The house was much bigger than expected. If you like to be in the middle of original Menorcan village life you won't be dissapointed!
