During the day, we are available for any needs, and at night, important emergencies are attended to ensure guests' peace of mind. * Check-in and check-out are conducted in person by our team, offering a full introduction to the property, resolving any doubts, and handing over the keys. * Upon booking, guests will receive access to an online platform where they can book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services, and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation. House Rules and Times * Check-in: from 4:00 PM. * Check-out: until 10:00 AM. * No parties or events allowed. * No pets allowed. Note 1.
Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price.
This does not exempt the client from their obligation to take care of the property during their stay.
Nothing will be deducted from the deposit as long as the use of the property is reasonable.
Trash must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator prior to departure. Note 2.
In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are obliged to charge guests over 16 years old the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities. Note 3.
Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price.
The cost is €0.25 per kWh, to be paid upon departure.
The meter will be read upon both arrival and departure. Note 4.
In properties where an extra bed can be added, subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Note 5.

Es war die top Lage, gute Ausstattung und die sehr unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, was hier unbedingt erwähnt werden muss!
Frühstück und Abendessen direkt am Meer - fantastisch!!
Es waren Badehandtücher zur Benutzung vorhanden, super!
Nur Marginales: es waren keine Haken für Handtücher in beiden Bädern und die Kaffeemaschine war zu klein für 5 Personen und könnte mal erneuert werden.
