Sa Canova d'Ariany is a wonderful newly built villa, which has all the comforts of a modern villa in a rustic setting, surrounded by fruit trees, where you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of the area, as it is located 5 minutes from the village of Ariany and 20 minutes drive from the beach of Can Picafort, factors that will allow you to enjoy a wonderful holiday in a quiet area while relatively close to the bustle of the coastal area.

The villa is very spacious both inside the house and in the pool and outdoor area. It has 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and one with bathtub. At the back of the house there is a great barbecue and a children's play area with a swing and a tree house, which will delight the little ones, it also has ping pong. For those who prefer to relax there are several rest areas and also two hammocks under the shade of several trees in which to enjoy the typical Spanish "siesta".



DISTRIBUTION
The house is distributed all on the ground floor for the convenience of customers, so the entrance of this stone house, has a cozy hall with access to a large living room with 2 sofas, TV, satellite, wifi ... and access to two terraces and the pool area. To the right we find a large bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x200 cm and a bathroom with bathtub. Right next to the living room is the large fully equipped kitchen with access to the barbecue and the back area. On the left side of the house there are 3 bedrooms with 2 beds of 90x200 cm each, and 2 bathrooms with shower.

Internet Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, Air conditioning, Heating, High chair, Dishwasher, Fridge / freezer, Iron, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Washing machine, Hair dryer, Swimming pool. Property fully equipped with bed linen and towels.




Note 1. The cost of final cleaning is not included in the rental price. The cost is 420 euros.


Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15 euros per person per day.

Note 3. When it is possible to allow a later departure, always subject to availability, the cost will be 90 € until 13:00h. and 160 € until 16:00h.

Note 4. Entrance to the accommodation with our agency staff free of charge until 22:00h, 30 € (22:00-00:00) or 50 € (after 00:00). Option of free autonomous access with staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.30 € / Kw to be paid on departure.

Note 6. In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodations are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to the Local Authorities.
