Beautiful villa in Bonaire with heated pool and spectacular views over the bay of Pollensa. The villa is located in the exclusive residential area of Bonaire in the municipality of Alcúdia, in the quiet north of the island of Mallorca.

The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a 9 x 4.20 m swimming pool, which can be optionally heated in the cooler months, on request. Outside there is also a covered terrace with barbecue and outdoor dining furniture, ideal for al fresco meals with family and friends for an unforgettable holiday.

The whole villa is air-conditioned and is divided into two parts, upstairs and downstairs, with two living rooms and two separate kitchens, making it the perfect holiday home for two families or a larger group of people looking for more private moments while spending a nice holiday together.

This villa offers accommodation for 10 people. The villa is built on a plot of 1090 m2, the constructed area is 236 sqm.

On the ground floor we find a large independent fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bright and comfortable living-dining room with direct access to the terrace and garden and a complete independent bathroom. On the ground floor there are two cosy bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

On the first floor there is a nice open space kitchen towards the living-dining room with direct access to the large terrace with amazing sea and mountain views and space for delicious outdoor meals. There is also a separate family bathroom and three bedrooms: two of them with double beds and one with two single beds. One of the double bedrooms also has an additional en-suite bathroom.




Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be deducted from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties of Mallorca Holiday Properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.

Note 3. Departure from the property is at 10:00. Where it is possible to allow a later departure, subject to availability, the cost will be 90 € until 13:00h. and 160 € until 16:00h.

Note 4. Entrance to the accommodation with our agency staff free of charge until 22:00h, 30 € (22:00-00:00) or 50 € (after 00:00). Option of free autonomous access with staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.25€/Kw payable on departure.


Note 6. In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.

Note 7. Pool heating is an optional service which costs 60 € per day.
