The flat can accommodate up to four people with one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Additionally, the flat has a sofa bed measuring 150x190 cm, with room for two people.

The flat has two complete bathrooms with shower. It has a bright living-dining room with comfortable furniture and Smart-TV. The kitchen is open and fully equipped to make wonderful meals while contemplating the Mediterranean Sea.

From the living room you access the spacious terrace with dining table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals outdoors. As a guest at Blue Carabela Apartment you have access to the shared private swimming pool with sun loungers reserved exclusively for the residents of this building.

Note 1. There are three small exterior steps and three interior steps to access the flat.

Note 2. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be deducted from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 3. In those properties of Mallorca Holiday Properties where space permits the inclusion of an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.

Note 4. Departure from the property is at 10:00. When it is possible to allow a later departure, always subject to availability, the cost will be 90 € until 13:00h. and 160 € until 16:00h.

Note 5. Free entrance to the accommodation with our agency staff until 22:00h, 30 € (22:00-00:00) or 50 € (after 00:00). Option of free autonomous access with staff welcome the next day.

Note 6. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.25€/Kw payable on departure

Note 7. In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
