Beautiful contemporary villa, located only 10 minutes walking distance to the beach of Can Picafort. It is very well equipped and furnished with everything you need for a pleasant holiday, spacious rooms, WIFI, air conditioning and private pool of 6 x 4 meters.



The villa is next to shops, restaurants and supermarkets and can accommodate up to 8 people. It offers 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 4 extra large beds and 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with TV.



Outside there is a porch equipped with garden furniture, a seating area and a table for al fresco dining, next to the porch is the barbecue. The swimming pool is surrounded by a solarium with shower and sun loungers.



Distribution
On the ground floor there is a comfortable, spacious and bright living room open to the porch and the swimming pool through large windows. The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped. Next to the staircase we find a bedroom and a bathroom.

On the first floor, we see three bright bedrooms and two complete bathrooms.



Facilities and services
Parking, Internet Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning, barbecue, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, ironing board, iron and iron, high chair, hair dryer. Fully equipped with bed linen and towels.




Note 1. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day.


Note 2. Where it is possible to allow later departure, subject to availability, the cost will be € 90 until 13:00h. and € 160 until 16:00h.

Note 3. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 22:00h, € 30 (22:00-00:00) or € 50 (after 00:00). Option of free autonomous access with staff welcome the next day.

Note 4. The final cleaning has an extra cost of 150 € per booking.

Note 5. The cost is 0.30 € / Kw to be paid on departure.
