During the day, we are available for any needs, and in the evening, important emergencies are handled to ensure the guests' peace of mind. – Check-in and check-out are conducted in person by our team, offering a full introduction to the property, resolving any queries, and handing over and collecting the keys. – At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services, and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.
House rules and schedules. – Check-in: from 4:00 PM. – Check-out: until 10:00 AM. – No parties or events allowed. – No pets allowed.

Final cleaning costs are not included in the rental price and amount to €150.
This circumstance does not exempt the client from their obligation to take care of the property during their stay.
No additional charges will be made to the deposit as long as the use of the property is reasonable.
Trash must be removed beforehand at the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2.
In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3.
Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price.
The cost is €0.30 per kWh, payable upon departure.
The meter will be read upon both entry and exit.
Note 4.
For properties where an extra bed can be included, and subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day.
Likewise, when possible, a protective pool fence can be added for a cost of €13 per linear meter.

Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional cost of €30, and after 12:00 AM, €50.
However, there is a self-check-in option with staff welcome the following day.

Ligger meget tæt på by, strand, indkøbs muligheder.
Fine uforstyrret have
Ville være rart med opvarmet pool når man rejser i maj mdr.
Den var meget kold.
Lidt flere køkken artikler som skåle, piskeris, ildfaste fade, da nu køkkenet i forvejen indbyder til madlavning

Vi havde en dejlig ferie, kort afstand til strand, restauranter mv. Fin moderne indretning.
Bedre rengøring jeg ved vi selv gerne ville hurtigt ind. Vi havde mange tissemyrerne i køkkenet. Ordentlig rengøring af poolen, den er meget grøn rundt i kanten og brædderne rundt om pool er flere løse. Et meget lille køleskab til 7 personer. Strømmen skal tjekkes af elektriker vi havde flere strømafbrydelser. Dejligt hus der trænger til en tømrer får lavet alle dørhåndtag og toiletpapirholdere.

We loved our stay at Villa Jade I along with its location. The villa was in great shape and all the rooms were very comfortable and stylishly finished. The house is also well situated: close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants, and well situated to visit the island. Our visit to Mallorca would not have been the same without this home!
