Located in the La Bonanova neighbourhood, it is only 15 minutes from the centre of Palma and 5 minutes from the nearest beaches. ONLY FOR FAMILIES!



This beautiful and elegant house has 5 double bedrooms spread throughout the house, all of them decorated with care and attention to detail to make you feel at home. The master bedroom is equipped with a large Eastern King size bed (2m x 2m), a sitting area, Smart TV, a large terrace and a spacious en-suite bathroom with sea views. The other four bedrooms are double rooms, which can be configured with two single beds or a superking upon request before arrival. There are two further bathrooms, one with a large Jacuzzi. At the top of the house is a large roof terrace with views of the sea and the palace.



The spacious living room has a large comfortable sofa for relaxing and a separate sitting area with armchairs by the log fire. Work area equipped with 27-inch monitor and height adjustable desk for those guests who need to telework, smart TV and all the little details make this room the heart of the villa.



The villa has a large kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to cook throughout your holiday. In the kitchen area there is a large dining table with seating for 10 people, making the kitchen an area to create and socialise. In the kitchen there is also a purified drinking water system, which saves money on bottled water and helps ease the burden of plastic on the environment.



Outside the house you will find a lemon tree, an orange tree, a swimming pool, sun loungers, an outdoor sofa area and enough seating for 10 people to dine al fresco, possibly even with food prepared on the barbecue.



The house also offers a double garage and parking in the driveway.


Please note that the house has been decorated with the best materials and equipment to provide you with maximum comfort during your stay, we will be available to help and assist you in every possible way.



The Area: La Bonanova is a nice and quiet residential area served by public transport and only 15 minutes drive from the centre of Palma. The shopping centre Porto Pi with its exclusive shops, restaurants, cinema and a large supermarket is only a 5 minute walk away.



Villa Bonanova is situated in a quiet residential area of Palma. The house is semi-detached and therefore very close to the neighbours with whom we want to maintain a good relationship.


In the past, on some occasions, guests have abused the rules and neighbours have lodged complaints which could result in the loss of the rental licence.




As such, the owners would like to reiterate the house rules prior to your arrival. If you feel that as a group you cannot comply with the house rules, it would be best to seek alternative accommodation.




House rules (regarding noise)



The property rules are very strict regarding noise.

It is strictly forbidden to hold parties/events.

Be respectful of neighbours and dine/drink indoors after 10 p. m. at night.

No use of the swimming pool after 11 p. M. And no shouting or yelling around the pool area after 11 p. M.

No loud music inside after 11:00 p.m.




If the rules are broken and there are any complaints from neighbours, you will automatically lose your deposit (1000€) and risk being evicted from the house.
