Charming apartment in the historic center of Palma
Accommodation registered as "Rural Tourism," located in the heart of the old town of Palma de Mallorca.
The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child (up to 14 years old).
It features a master bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living area.
Please note that there is no door separating the bedroom from the living room, as the space is designed as an open-plan area. The apartment is on the third floor of a building without an elevator.
Due to the characteristics of the building and the narrowness of the stairs, we do not recommend this accommodation for the elderly or those with mobility issues, nor for families with strollers.
However, if you decide to book despite this, we can provide a crib and high chair upon request for an additional charge of €10/day.
If needed, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. This is an elegant, quiet, and fully equipped apartment.
From the apartment, you have views of a small, quiet street in the old town.
Its location is ideal for exploring Palma on foot.
There is no need for private transportation, as it is just a 5-10 minute walk from some of the city's main points of interest, such as the Cathedral, Plaza Mayor, and Passeig des Born.
The apartment is located in Sa Gerreria, one of Palma's most characterful neighborhoods, highly regarded for both its location and its authentic atmosphere.
In the area, you will find numerous restaurants, bars, and cafes frequented mainly by locals, as well as an interesting presence of urban art that gives the neighborhood a special character. House Rules Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Please maintain order and cleanliness during your stay.
Kindly respect the common areas of the building (stairs and hallway) by keeping them clean and quiet when using them.
Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited.
In the event of complaints from neighbors due to noise or inappropriate behavior by any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to expel guests from the accommodation at any time, without refund of the booking amount. Booking Conditions A security deposit of €250 will be held during your stay, which will be returned after check-out once the apartment has been inspected.
In case of damage to the property, loss of keys, or if trash is left behind or the apartment is left in an unsatisfactory state of cleanliness, corresponding charges may be applied and will be deducted from the deposit if necessary. Check-in time: from 2:00 PM. Check-out time: until 11:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability. The number of guests may not exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment indicated in the reservation. Additional Information The apartment is located in a restricted access zone for residents (ACIRE).
If you plan to arrive by car, Priority Villas agency will handle the circulation permit with the City Council.
You only need to notify us in advance and provide your vehicle's license plate, and we will take care of the process.
