In the area, you will find numerous restaurants, bars, and cafes primarily frequented by locals, as well as an interesting presence of urban art that gives the neighborhood a special character. House Rules Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Please maintain order and cleanliness during your stay. Kindly respect the common areas of the building (stairs and hallway), keeping them clean and using them quietly. Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited. In the event of neighbor complaints due to noise or inappropriate behavior by any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to evict guests from the accommodation at any time, without a refund of the booking amount. Booking Conditions A security deposit of €250 will be held during your stay, which will be returned after departure once the apartment has been inspected.
In case of damage to the property, loss of keys, or leaving behind trash or the apartment in an inadequate state of cleanliness, applicable charges may be applied and will be deducted from the deposit if necessary. Check-in time: from 2:00 PM. Check-out time: until 11:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability. The number of guests may not exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment indicated in the reservation. Additional Information The apartment is located in a restricted access zone for residents (ACIRE). If you plan to arrive by car, Priority Villas agency will manage the circulation permit with the City Council.
You only need to notify us in advance and provide your vehicle's license plate number, and we will handle the process. the appartment is charmant and comfortable. We enjoyed the terracy. Nice to find there coffee , tee, sugar and the ingredients to make salad. The location is perfect, near to the sea and around nice ancient wonderful buildings. we enjoyed our stay there.
