Charming apartment in the historic center of Palma
Accommodation registered as "Interior Tourism," located in the heart of the old town of Palma de Mallorca.
The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child (up to 14 years old).
It has a master bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living area.
Please note that there is no door separating the bedroom from the living room, as the space is designed as an open-plan area.
The apartment is on the first floor of a building without an elevator.
Due to the characteristics of the building and the narrowness of the staircase, we do not recommend this accommodation for the elderly or those with mobility issues, nor for families with strollers.
However, if you decide to book despite this, we can install a crib and high chair upon request for an additional charge of €10/day.
If needed, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.

Please maintain order and cleanliness during your stay.
Please respect the common areas of the building (stairs and hallway), keeping them clean and moving through them quietly.
Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited.
In case of receiving complaints from neighbors due to noise or inappropriate behavior by any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to expel guests from the accommodation at any time, without refund of the booking amount. Booking Conditions A security deposit of €250 will be held during your stay, which will be returned after departure once the apartment has been checked.
In case of damage to the property, loss of keys, or leaving trash or the apartment in an inadequate state of cleanliness, corresponding charges may be applied, which will be deducted from the deposit if necessary. Check-in time: from 2:00 PM. Check-out time: until 11:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability.
The number of guests may not exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment indicated in the booking. Additional Information The apartment is located in a restricted access zone for residents (ACIRE).
If you plan to arrive by car, the Priority Villas agency will manage the circulation permit with the City Council.
You only need to notify us in advance and send us your vehicle's license plate, and we will take care of the procedure. El piso es estupendo. Me encantó y volvería. La reforma tiene unos detalles muy muy artísticos y bonitos. Las vistas de las terrazas son impresionantes. Hay cafetera Nespresso de cápsulas que es un puntazo para una italiana ) y un montón de utensilios para cocinar.

Good kitchen facilities - everything you needed was there. Central location - not far from everything in Palma and from Bicipalma Bike station Good quality of the interieur. Nice and functional stuff. Even a washingmashine and a dryer. Bring Tabs for the dishwasher.
Everything was great! Very clean and and well equipped apartment. And the service was super friendly - communication in my own native language, very prompt and helpful. Would definitely recommend
