Fantastic holiday flat for 4 persons (FOR ADULTS ONLY) with swimming pool only 5km from the centre of Palma. Undoubtedly one of the best places for your holidays whether for pure relaxation, teleworking, visiting the city or business trip.



It is a fully equipped flat with two double bedrooms (double beds with option to separate them) and decorated with a lot of taste and Mediterranean style. It overlooks a private courtyard with fruit trees. You will be able to enjoy all the comforts such as air conditioning, smart TV with satellite channels and Wi-Fi included. There are also two simple but well equipped kitchens (Kitchenette type) with 2 Nespresso coffee machines, etc. Two bathrooms with shower and hairdryer in each.



There is a parking space inside the house in the open air. Although no private transport is required as the location is well connected by both bus and taxi, it is a quiet neighbourhood with several golf courses in the surrounding area (Son Vida, Son Quint and Son Muntaner -> set of 3 golf courses known as Arabella Golf Resort).



The exteriors have a beautiful garden with its salt water swimming pool (pool shared with the owner who is charming and hardly uses the exteriors when the flat is rented; pool use hours from 07:00 to 22:00) which invites you to relax after a long walk around the city or a busy working day.



The flat is located in a neighbouring district of Palma called Son Roqueta, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants and bars around. This accommodation is ideal for golf, trekking or cycling lovers.



It is only 15 minutes from the airport. The city bus (stops 200m away) takes you to the city centre every 8 minutes (duration 15 minutes). So you don't necessarily need a car. The neighbourhood is mainly frequented by locals.



Check-in will be done remotely and you will be asked in advance to send a form with all the documentation required by the authorities.

-Please maintain order and cleanliness both inside and outside the accommodation.
