The master suite is equipped with a comfortable double bed, en-suite bathroom and a large balcony with spectacular views of the mountains and the city of Palma. The other three bedrooms also have double beds and share two additional bathrooms with bathtub.

*Rules:*



- This property is located in a residential area, so only families or responsible groups looking for peace and quiet are accepted. Groups of young people will not be accepted.



- Smoking is not permitted inside the property. If you wish, you may smoke outside, making sure not to leave cigarette butts on the ground.



- Please maintain order and cleanliness at all times.


- You must take care of the rubbish generated during your stay. Please separate your rubbish and place it in the designated rubbish bin.



- Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also be sure to close windows and doors to prevent hot or cold air from escaping.



- No parties or events are allowed in the house. If you wish to receive visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.

- Visitors must pay a deposit of 500,00 € before arrival, which will be returned after departure.
