Just outside the popular holiday destination of Sóller in the heart of the island, the Casa Catalina holiday home offers a fantastic roof terrace with panoramic views of the Tramuntana mountains.

The accommodation has a cosy living room with beautiful ceiling beams, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom as well as a half-bath and can therefore accommodate 2 people.

It also includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV, a baby cot and a high chair.

Outside you will find a garden with a small terrace surrounded by orange and lemon trees and a covered rooftop terrace with a barbecue and fantastic views of the surrounding mountains.

Spend some romantic hours under the starry sky and end the evening with a glass of wine.

Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are 400 metres away and the centre of Sóller is a 13-minute walk away.

The beach of Port de Sóller is a 10-minute drive away. Parking is available on the property. Taxis can not reach the property as the road is narrow and steep.

However, it is a short distance from the road to the house. The check in is possible until 21:00 h.

If guests arrive later than that, from 21:00 up to 00:00 they will have to pay an additional fee for late check in.

If guests arrive after 00:00 they will not be able to check in!
