Modern and elegant Villa Son Calet is located in a very pleasant area between the towns of Muro and Llubí.
The house has all the amenities guests may need nowadays.
The entire estate has been furnished and decorated with high-quality materials, featuring modern touches and excellent taste.
You will find the town of Muro about a 5-minute drive away, and the local beach is approximately 12 km from the property. The house spans 180 m² and has three bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 people.
Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, while the third has two single beds.
There are two bathrooms with showers.
The spacious and bright living and dining area invites you to relax.
The large kitchen is integrated into the dining area in an open-plan concept, creating a bright and spacious environment for truly enjoyable time with family and friends. Outside, a 270 m² terrace features comfortable and modern garden furniture, a beautiful barbecue area perfect for pleasant evenings in the sun and enjoying delicious meals, and a large cascading pool for endless refreshment. IMPORTANT: - All additional payments and online check-in procedures are handled via instant messaging, outside of the platform. - All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday accommodations must pay the tourist tax.
