The new and stylishly-designed Villa Zoe is located about 20 minutes from Palma de Mallorca and impresses guests with its modern architecture.
The holiday house has a light-flooded and tastefully furnished living room with a large glass facade, a well-equipped kitchen with an island, which invites visitors to prepare meals together, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable TV, a baby cot, and a high chair.
Outside there is a large garden with a pool and sun loungers, a sitting area with comfortable lounge furniture, a table for communal meals under a starry sky, and a barbecue area.

The center of Palma de Mallorca with a large selection of restaurants, bars, cafés, and shopping can be reached after 10.3 km.
The nearest supermarket is 5.3 km or 9 minutes by car and a small selection of restaurants can be reached after 4 minutes by car.
The long sandy beach of Playa Ciudad Jardín is a 16-minute drive from the villa.
There is an additional charge for irresponsible use of electricity.
Both the living room and all bedrooms have air conditioning.
Parking is available on the street.
Pets are allowed (on request).
Payment of the deposit must be made by bank transfer 7 days before the arrival date.

Prachtige villa met luxe, rust en privacy.
Van alle gemakken voorzien.
Airco ,prachtige verlichting, bbq pit, prachtige tuin, zwembad met buiten douche etc
Wij geven dit echt een 5 sterren.
Maar als opbouwende feedback:
Wij waren daar met wat koelere temperaturen en het zwembad was ijskoud.
