This well-maintained stately home lies like a refreshing oasis in the heart of the legendary mountain village in the valley of the orange groves. A spacious corner terraced house with a romantic garden, a well-maintained pool area and a housekeeper awaits you for a unique holiday. The centuries-old holm oak, the well-tended lawns and the sheltered canopy of foliage over the summer terrace invite you to relax. Although you’re staying in the mountain village, you’ll still enjoy a fair amount of privacy, as the property borders a disused weaving mill. This is where the women of Mallorca used to produce the island’s traditional fabrics. Today, the building awaits a future – though still distant – conversion into a railway museum. The house offers 7 elegant en-suite bedrooms. A short walk takes you to the centre of Sóller, where you’ll find cosy cafés, good restaurants and a popular ice-cream parlour serving locally made ice-cream specialities. Fancy a spot of shopping in Palma? Simply hop on the romantic train and travel through the stunning countryside to the island’s capital. The beautiful bay of Puerto Sóller (4 km) is just a few minutes’ drive away or can be reached by the vintage tram – a real treat. In the bay of Sóller, you can enjoy beach life, dine at one of the famous seafood restaurants or stroll along the popular beach promenade. Thanks to the convenient tunnel link, Palma can be reached in just 20 minutes. A handy garden toilet is also available to guests near the pool. Electricity included. Super godt hus til en stor familie. Køkken med alle tænkelige maskiner. Terrasse med stor kulgrill og gasblus til paella inkl kæmpe pander. Masser af plads både inde og ude. Supermarked lige på den anden side af gaden. Gåafstand til torvet og toget.

Et fantastisk sted for vår storfamilie på 12. Boligen/eiendommen hadde alt vi forventet, og forventningene var høye. Fredelig, ikke noe støy, nærhet til sentrum, supermarked m bakeri rett over veien, trikken til Port Soller, gode restauranter (ingen skuffet) og kort vei til Palma.
Det eneste som trakk ned var taxi-tilbudet i området som var uforståelig dårlig...

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gemütlich und bietet ausreichend Platz. Der Pool ist sehr schön angelegt und es stehen genügend Liegen zur Verfügung. Einigen unserer Leute waren die Betten zu hart.
