Welcome to this beautiful townhouse in Petra.
Here you will be far from mass tourism and will above all find peace and relaxation.
This typical Majorcan house has its history, as it used to be the village bakery.
You can still see the original ovens that were used to provide bread for the villagers.
The house has 2 floors and has 2 bedrooms (double bed 135x190 cm, 2 single beds 90x190 cm) for 4 people.
Both bedrooms are located on the upper floor, as is one of the two newly installed bathrooms with a shower.
You enter the house through an impressive hallway, from here you enter the living room with TV and WiFi.
Also on the ground floor is the large fully equipped kitchen with dining area and TV.
From here you can reach the inner courtyard where there is also a dining table.
On hot days you can cool off in the pool and sunbathe.
A barbecue is also available for guests.
On the rooftop terrace, you can enjoy the sunset in a cozy chill-out area.
Here you can truly relax! IMPORTANT: - All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed via instant messaging, off-platform. - All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax.
Some portals do not charge it, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment. - Electricity included (3 kWh/day/person) - A refundable deposit is charged. - Parties are not allowed. - To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house. - Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times a week for garden and pool maintenance.

La casa increíble, con todo tipo de detalles.
La piscina muy favorable en la estancia.
La casa está situada en la calle principal y la más transitada enfrente del único cajero del pueblo abierto 24/7.
La gente no respeta horarios, parando con sus coches encendidos, con la música alta, manos libres.... A cualquier hora de la noche.
Descanso 0, imposible dormir, no hemos descansado nada.
Una de las camas pequeñas hacia mucho ruido.
Sartenes viejas, el resto de menaje ok.
