This modern terraced house is located in the beautiful village of Muro. It has a living area of 180 m2 and can accommodate up to 8 people.


The spacious living room is equipped with comfortable sofas, TV with satellite channels and WiFi.

There is a fully equipped kitchen.

Central heating is available throughout the house.



There are a total of 4 bedrooms. 2 with twin beds and 2 with double bed. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and 1 shower room. The other two bedrooms and two bathrooms with bathtub, 1 en suite, are on the first floor.



In the well-kept outdoor area, there is a beautiful furnished terrace of 40 m2 including barbecue, next to the 5x4 meter swimming pool with sun loungers.

IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration formalities are handled via WhatsApp, off the platform.


- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)

- A refundable deposit is charged.

- Parties are not allowed.

- YOUTH GROUPS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.
