This house is located on the outskirts of Santa Margalida and can accommodate up to 4 persons. Within 300 m you will find supermarkets, restaurants and small shops and in a few minutes you will reach the beach of Ca'n Picafort.



The house has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with rain shower.



The kitchen is fully equipped, also washing machine and dishwasher are at your disposal. In the elegant living room there is a cosy sofa and a flat screen TV. TV, DVD player and WiFi.



On the covered terrace there is 1 large dining table, so you can enjoy your meals outdoors. It is also possible to enjoy a delicious barbecue.



There is a 3x4 metre swimming pool. There are enough sun loungers to relax.
