If you are looking for a high quality interior and at the same time traditional village life, this fantastic house is exactly what you need.
This house is located on the outskirts of Santa Margalida and can accommodate up to 4 persons. Within 300 m you will find supermarkets, restaurants and small shops and in a few minutes you will reach the beach of Ca'n Picafort.
The house has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with rain shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped, also washing machine and dishwasher are at your disposal. In the elegant living room there is a cosy sofa and a flat screen TV. TV, DVD player and WiFi.
On the covered terrace there is 1 large dining table, so you can enjoy your meals outdoors. It is also possible to enjoy a delicious barbecue.
There is a 3x4 metre swimming pool. There are enough sun loungers to relax.

Wir fühlten uns gleich wohl.Sehr schön sind auch die beiden Terrassen und der kleine Pool (obwohl wir nicht oft drin waren)Parken konnten wir auf der Straße vor dem Haus.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet und wir wurden mit einem üppigen Obstkorb und einer Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank begrüßt. Die Lage zum Ortskern ist sehr gut und das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse sehr ruhig für ein Stadthaus. Die Betreuung und Information durch die Agentur war perfekt und die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich.
