This charming village house with a unique view is located in the village of Muro. It is surrounded by a beautiful plot of 1.000 m² in a dreamlike location, not far away from long beaches and the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana. The house has a living area of approximately 400 m², is distributed over 2 floors and is suitable for 8 persons. Upon entering, you enter an imposing reception hall and from there to the other rooms. All rooms are furnished with high-quality antique furniture in Majorcan style. In the cosy living room you will find a cable/satellite TV and a DVD player. On the ground floor there is also 1 of the 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The traditional Majorcan kitchen offers you all the necessary comfort; it also has a dishwasher and a washing machine. From here you also have access to the patio with a wonderful view of the rural surroundings of Majorca,

On the upper floor there are 3 further bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of them en suite. All bathrooms are equipped with freestanding bathtubs.



The highlight is the large conservatory. Here life takes place, you can eat, cook and relax overlooking the pool. The pool is 4x8 meters, here also enough possibilities are given to lie down comfortably and make your stay unforgettable moments.



The outdoor area is lovingly designed and always offers you something new to discover. There are many seating options, 1 fountain, many Mediterranean plants and cacti and at the outdoor barbecue you can prepare the fresh products bought at the market into a delicious Mediterranean meal and even spice it up with the herbs planted in front of the barbecue. For sporting activities, there is a table tennis table at your disposal. An ideal holiday home for holidays with family and friends.
