Completing this floor is a full bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring privacy and comfort for guests.
Outdoors, enjoy the serenity of the beautiful garden, which boasts a large swimming pool, an outdoor toilet with a cold shower, sun loungers, a ping-pong table, a barbecue, and a dedicated area for the little ones.

Nice house. Great swimming pool😎. No neighborood which is a good point also. Any place in Mallorca is 1 hless by car from the house 👌. The owner really make all efforts to satisfy

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen auf der Finca "Es Triquet" verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen und umgeben von einigen Weinguten (Binigual, Ferrer, Ribas, Tianna Negre), welche immer für einen Besuch und Degustation gut sind. Palma ist mit dem Mietauto in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Stran...
