A charming finca with pool in the heart of the island



This beautiful finca is located 4 kilometres from the village of Sineu, in the heart of the island. The house offers space for 4 persons.


It has two comfortably furnished bedrooms. One with a double bed, the other with bunk beds for 3 people and a bathroom. The bright and cosy living room and dining room invite you to linger. The outside area with the well-kept lawn and the comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue invite you to relax. Not to be forgotten is the pleasant neighbourhood, the little donkey "Luis" who is always happy for pleasant visitors.

During the high season, it is possible that the noise from flights increases.



IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration formalities are handled via WhatsApp, outside the platform.


- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)

- A refundable deposit is charged.

- Parties are not allowed.

- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.
