A charming finca with a pool in the heart of the island
This beautiful finca is located 4 kilometers from the town of Sineu, in the heart of the island.
The house offers space for 4 people. It has two comfortably furnished bedrooms.
One with a double bed, the other with bunk beds and capacity for 3 people, and one bathroom.
The bright and cozy living and dining area invite you to linger.
The outdoor area with well-kept lawn and comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue invite you to relax.
Not to forget the pleasant neighborhood, the little donkey "Luis" who is always happy about nice visitors. During the high season, there may be increased noise from flights. IMPORTANT: - All additional payments and online check-in procedures are managed via instant messaging, outside the platform. - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday accommodations must pay the tourist tax.
Some portals do not charge it, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment. - Electricity included (3 kw/day/person) - A refundable deposit is charged. - Parties are not allowed. - To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house. - Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance. Todo! La casa muy bonita y con todo lo necesario y más! En una zona muy tranquila donde poder ver bien las estrellas por la noche. La compañía del burrito Lluís. Los anfitriones muy amables. Leímos comentarios sobre los aviones, a nosotros no nos molestó en absoluto. Hemos estado muy a gusto.
