This lovely finca is located 4 kilometers from the village of Sineu, in the heart of the island.
The house offers space for 4 people.
It has two comfortably furnished bedrooms.
One with a double bed, another with bunk beds and capacity for 3 people, and one bathroom.
The bright and cozy living and dining area invite you to linger.
The outdoor area with well-kept lawn and comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue invite you to relax.
Not to forget the nice neighborhood, the small donkey "Luis" who is always happy about nice visitors.
During high season, there may be increased noise from flights.
IMPORTANT: - All additional payments and online check-in procedures are managed via instant messaging, outside the platform. - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday accommodations must pay the tourist tax.

Perfekte Größe für 2-4 Personen, schöne abgelegene Lage (nicht mit Sportwagen anzufahren), schöner Pool, der nette „Nachbar“, der Esel Luis -), gute Ausstattung insgesamt. Die Moskitonetze an allen Fenstern sind spitze. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung seitens Mallorca-Charme und nette unkomplizierte Eigentümer, die bei kleinen Problemen sofort helfen und alle 3 Tage kommen,
um den Pool zu checken.
