On the ground floor, next to the entrance on the right, are the stairs leading to the second floor.
To the left is the first bedroom and in front a bathroom, the dining room in an open concept with the fully equipped living room, also the kitchen is super modern.
There is another dining area with a barbecue.
On the first floor, there are two more bathrooms and three bedrooms.
From the balcony, you can enjoy the fantastic views of the Mallorcan countryside.
The house has air conditioning and central heating.
Outside, the house has a large garden with a large pool, a bathroom, and a barbecue.

Wir sind bereits zum 2. Mal in dieser Villa gewesen. Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr gepflegt. Wir fühlen uns jedes Mal vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause. Das Internet wurde verbessert und hat jetzt eine tolle Qualität. Somit wurden uns in diesem Jahr zusätzliche Roamingkosten erspart. Wir können die Villa wärmstens empfehlen und komme sicher wieder.
