This beautiful villa in a quiet location on a very well-kept natural plot with a swimming pool, many trees and plants enchants its visitors with its wonderful view and offers a lot of privacy. On hot summer days, you can cool off in the pool and then relax in the shade on the covered terrace. Comfortable sun loungers are already prepared for you.

The villa offers 130 m² of living space with 3 bedrooms (2 x with double bed, 1 x 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms, enough space for 6 people.

The interior of the house is bright and cozy, modernly furnished and lovingly decorated. Everyone will find their place here. Whether on the comfortable sofa in the living room, in one of the charming bedrooms, or outside on the terrace equipped with cozy garden furniture.
