This beautiful stone house is located just 1 km from Ariany and is in a very quiet area.
Here you are far from mass tourism and can especially find the peace and relaxation you need on your well-deserved vacation.
The country house has 120 square meters of living space in 3 lovingly furnished rooms.
One is equipped with a double bed and the other two with 2 single beds.
The two bathrooms have a shower and toilet.
The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all amenities.
The cozy and bright living room invites you to linger.
Satellite/cable TV as well as Internet/WLAN are also available for your well-deserved vacation (FIBER OPTIC).
There is a fireplace for cold winter days. The perfectly maintained outdoor area is simply fantastic.
The lovingly furnished rest and seating areas offer unforgettable views and moments on your well-deserved vacation days.
There is a large outdoor barbecue and plenty of space for shared barbecue evenings. The large pool (9x4m) is integrated into the terrace, and comfortable sun loungers are provided.
There is also a ping-pong table at your disposal. IMPORTANT: - All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed via WhatsApp, outside of the platform. - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax.
Some portals do not charge it; in this case, you will receive a separate message to make this payment. - Electricity included (3 kWh/day/person). - A refundable deposit is charged. - Parties are not allowed. - To comply with the law, an ID document is required from all guests before entering the house. - Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.
