Chalet Alqueria Alt is a charming Majorcan villa with mountain views, located within walking distance of Campanet's cafes and restaurants and a short drive from the beach.
Decorated with local designs and elements, the chalet offers a traditional style and is spread over two levels, providing ample and comfortable holiday accommodation.
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern facilities and equipment you might need during your holiday.
There is also a single room with a pull-out bed for a second person and a full bathroom.
Enjoy free unlimited WiFi during your stay.
On the first floor, there is a bright double bedroom and an equally bright twin bedroom, sharing a bathroom in between.
Additionally, there is another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and excellent views towards the pool and mountains.
All rooms include hot/cold air conditioning, available for use at any time of day or night, for your ultimate comfort.
From the kitchen, doors open onto the north-facing front terrace, partially covered by a porch, ideal for al fresco dining.
A large wooden table is available, near the pool where you can sunbathe.
There is also a house built with local stone in which you can cook on your barbecue.
You will enjoy views towards the Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

The villa is just a 10-minute walk from the center of the old town of Campanet, a small, cozy hilltop village.
In this picturesque village, you will find a wide variety of cafes, traditional restaurants, bars, and many typical shops with cozy atmospheres and folklore.
On Tuesdays, you can visit its open-air market and find fresh agricultural products.
Other points of interest in town include the Campanet Caves, the natural water springs of Ufanes, and the chapel of Sant Miquel, one of the oldest in Mallorca.
The Agroturismo Monnaber Nou, near the chalet, offers a restaurant with incredible views.
A large supermarket is located a 10-minute drive away.
The old town of Pollensa and the beach of Puerto Alcudia are some of the nearby places, located a 20-minute drive away.

La maison correspond tout à fait à sa description.
