The 500-year-old house once belonged to the Knights Templar in Pollença.
It is located just a few steps from the center of Pollença, where you can enjoy all the services and events that the town offers, at any time of the year. The emblematic house has 4 bedrooms with cribs, a furnished kitchen, a living room, a projection room (TV), a patio, and excellent mountain views from the terrace with a barbecue.

All rooms include hot/cold air conditioning.
To enhance your comfort, they are available for use at any time of day or night. Upon entering the house, to the right is the projection room; you can enjoy its comfortable sofas and have a drink while entertaining yourself with a television offering movies and satellite TV.
If you go straight, you will find the living room and the fully equipped kitchen, which has a pantry with all the furniture and accessories.
The kitchen is of the traditional type with stoves, where food is cooked in the most natural way.
To the right, there is a door that leads to the patio, where the staircase will take you to each of the rooms; this is one way to access them.
In the dining room, there is an internal staircase that will take you to each of the rooms. The two double bedrooms have large double beds, with comfortable mattresses and pillows.
Sheets, duvet covers, and cushions are provided.
There is enough space in each to leave your suitcases and wardrobes to organize your clothes.

Less decoration More Space for private stuffTowles should be changed after 5 days, but we have them the hole 10 days, and the keys should be left in a box, but there is Note so we bring it back to the office….

Great to be welcomed by the owner Guillem on arrival. He and his wife were lovely friendly characterful people. Mid stay change of towels and bedding was a treat as was having all of the essential washing machine/,dishwasher/,washing up detergents and toilet paper properly provided.

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Agentur!Das Haus hat in allen wichtigen Räumen Klimaanlage.Trotz der zentralen Lage, sehr ruhig.Die Küche ist recht klein und das ein, oder andere ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Aber das Haus hat Flair und die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum .
