Built in traditional Mallorcan style, the house features an air-conditioned living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dining table, one double bedroom, a mezzanine with two single beds, and a sofa bed for two in the living room.
There are two bathrooms: a half bath on the ground floor and a full bathroom upstairs.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, wood-fired oven, high chair, cot (available for an extra fee), extra bed (available for an extra fee), and parking space. Enjoy outdoor moments on your private terrace with garden furniture, or in the garden with a shared pool and barbecue.
Llucmajor, with shops, bars, and restaurants, is just a 15-minute drive away; sandy beaches are 20 minutes away.
The owner lives in a separate house on the property, so your privacy is assured.
A car is necessary to reach the village. There is another apartment next door, also available for rent.
Each unit is fully private with its own entrance.
Pellet fireplace use in winter is free of charge.
Tap water is drinkable.
There is a ping pong area.
Both an Italian coffee maker and an automatic espresso machine are provided.
Smoking is not allowed inside. Children not using the cot count as adults in the total guest number, which must not exceed the maximum allowed.
The cot and extra bed are available for an extra fee. Groups under 25 years old are not permitted.

Magnifique et atypique lieu à Majorque, proche de Llucmajor, et au calme.
Accès rapide aux plages, à Palma, etc.
Décoration personnalisée et originale tant dans le logement que dans le vaste domaine.
Accueil et gentilles attentions par Pépé José tout au long du séjour.
Piscine agréable partagée ave...
La climatisation peine à agir pleinement sur la chambre adulte.
Il ne faut pas que les personnes dormant dans la mezzanine aient des problèmes avec le jour du matin. (mais cette configuration est visible dans les photos)

Das Haus liegt 20 Minuten vom Flughafen Palma entfernt, ist gut zu finden mit dem Auto, José schickt einen Maps-Link und ein Foto vom Eingangstor per WhatsApp. Er hat uns dann nachts um halb 12 (!) persönlich empfangen und die Finca gezeigt, es waren Bier und Eier (von den eigenen Hühnern) im Kühlsc...
Das 1. Schlafzimmer mit dem großen Bett hat kein richtiges Fenster, nur ein paar Schlitze oben und an der Seite, man kann nicht wirklich rausgucken, ist aber sicher so kühler, man braucht im September jedenfalls keine Klimaanlage. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist nicht abgeschlossen und auf der 2. Ebene über...
