Some of the bedrooms have private terraces with views of the beach and the sea. Air-conditioning is not included in the price and will be charged with 0,30 € per kWh directly on site, if you wish to use it.

Villa Santanyi Playa offers a private pool with sun terrace and sun beds, a covered terrace with dining area and sea views and a brick-built BBQ. A small gate gives access to a staircase leading down to the beach. The house has a garage and private parking for two cars.

Villa Santanyi Playa is located directly above the beach of Cala Santanyi. It has direct access to the beach via private elevator or a few steps outside of the property. Restaurants and shopping facilities are in approx. 50 metres walking distance. The beautiful sandy beach offers crystal clear water, a diving school, sunbeds/parasol hire as well as a beach bar. Nearby is the cosy market town Santanyi, which offers a fine selection of restaurants, trendy boutiques and shopping facilities around the church and the town square. Also just a few minutes away is Cala Figuera, with its picturesque harbour and a seaside promenade that offers restaurants, cafés and bars for all tastes and budgets.
