Villa Torino is a high-quality, modern-style house with 3 levels. The ground floor is largely open-plan and offers plenty of space and light. On the ground floor is the living room with satellite TV, a dining room for 8 people, the fully equipped kitchen with gas and ceramic hob and a guest toilet. A staircase leads to the lower extension, where there are two bedrooms with double beds and fitted wardrobes and a utility room. The two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, which is also located in the extension. The rooms on the ground floor and in the extension have direct access to the pool terrace.
On the upper floor, a hallway leads to the master bedroom and a room used as an office. Both rooms have sea views. The master bedroom is very spacious and has an integrated shower and washbasin. The separate toilet is en-suite. This bedroom has a private terrace. The house is equipped with parquet floors, air conditioning and central heating.

The 1035 m² plot of Villa Torino is completely fenced and offers three terraces with comfortable outdoor furniture and barbecue. The private pool has a large pool terrace with sun loungers, outdoor shower and outdoor toilet. There is a mini golf course for the children. There are also 2 car parking spaces on the property.

The quiet and well-kept residential area is characterised by detached houses and has a very good infrastructure. There are two restaurants within walking distance. A large supermarket is just over a kilometre away. The golf course of Maioris/Puig de Ros is practically on the doorstep. There are several small rocky beaches on the cliffs. Playa de Palma with its long sandy beach, restaurants, nightlife and shops is approx. 8 kilometres away. The fascinating island metropolis of Palma is just 25 minutes away by car - ideal for a shopping trip or sightseeing and culture. The 47 kilometre-long coastline of Llucmajor is home to secluded bays and beaches as well as an impressive steep coastline. The coastal resorts also offer leisure activities such as sailing, windsurfing, jet skiing, fishing, diving and the beautiful harbour of El Arenal. The nearest beaches are Cala Blava, a beach with fine sand and crystal-clear water (6.6 km away), Cala Pi (sandy beach approx. 19.6 km away) and Es Trenc, a long beach with white sand and crystal-clear water (41 km away).
