The finca, which is lovingly run by the landlords, is quiet and very beautiful on a hill. 5 homes and a residential building with studios and apartments are harmoniously in the lush vegetation of the vast garden / inner area. Enjoy privacy on your own terrace for your home with a good glass of wine produced by the landlords, or relax in one of the two shared outdoor swimming pools. In the south you have a beautiful panoramic view of Santa Margalida and the surrounding area. The beautiful landscape of the municipality of Muro extends in the north. Let your gaze stray to the sea. There are numerous excursions in the area. For example, Alcúdia can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. The old town with its pedestrian area is ideal for a relaxing walk.

-The service charges (costs for heating/air conditioning) of 8€/night are to be paid on site
- Not suitable for people with reduced mobility
- Pets up to 7 kg are allowed. Daily rate 12 euros.
More than 7 kg must be agreed with the finca. The price may vary.
- From November to March, bed linen and towels are only changed once a week for stays of more than 7 nights.

Die Buchung der Finca über Belvilla wurde nicht an Son Flor übermittelt und auch nicht bezahlt. Es gab glücklicherweise noch ein Apartment das uns vermietet werden konnte für das wir aber nochmals bezahlen mussten. Die Eigentümer berichteten von diversen Problemen dieser Art bei Buchungen über Belvilla, also lieber anderweitig buchen.
Mooie locatie met prachtig uitzicht.

Met name de ligging. Op verzoeken reageerde de beheerder snel en goed.
zwembad was niet beschikbaar.
De inrichting van het huisje was minimaal. Wat extra bestek, mokken ed. Zou wenselijk zijn.
Verder zou wat schriftelijke informatie in huis over de bediening van apparaten ed. goed zijn.

Wir wohnten in einem der Apartments und fanden es geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter waren unglaublich gastfreundlich und wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die nahegelegene Altstadt von Alcúdia zu erkunden, die uns sehr gut gefallen hat!
