Typical Ibicencan finca with a tower of rural defensive architecture from the 17th century or earlier, with thick white walls that maintain a naturally fresh and spacious atmosphere thanks to the stone and its high ceilings of Ibicencan sabina wood.



In the lower part of the house there is a large living-dining room equipped with satellite TV, music system and direct access to the terrace area, swimming pool and barbecue. From the living room there is access to two bedrooms, both with two single beds (90x200cm). There is also direct access to a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. On this floor there are two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower.

Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, one with two single beds (90x200cm) and one double bed (200x200cm). The single beds can be joined together to make double beds. At the top of the house, there is another large terrace with chill-out sofas and views of the countryside including sunrise and sunset.

3 bedrooms have ceiling fans and the other has a wall fan. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Outside there is a pool area with terrace, outdoor shower and sun loungers. The garden area has two levels, there is a chill-out, dining area, barbecue area and sink.
