This restored traditional Ibizan house is located in one of the most beautiful spots on the island, with views from the garden to the coast of Es Cubells and on clear days to Formentera.

The house has a terrace area with a wooden porch where a table has been installed to eat and enjoy the views. Inside there is a spacious living-dining room with a vitro-ceramic hob open to the living room, with dishwasher.

4 bedrooms, two of them on the main floor, the first with 2 single beds and the second with a double bed, sharing a bathroom with bathtub in the corridor. Going up 5 steps we find the other 2 bedrooms, one with double bed en suite with bathtub, with exit to the garden and safety deposit box, and the last one also with double bed en suite with bathtub and safety deposit box.

At the back of the house is the swimming pool with barbecue area.

Great for people looking for privacy and relaxation. Very close to Cala d'Hort and its impressive sunsets with Es Vedrà in the background.
